Our City Manager and Director of Facilities are instrumental partners in getting the job done. They have contributed labor and have committed a portion of the money needed to complete the project. The (WDBA) Winters Downtown Business Assocation is also a proud collaborator on this project, as the gazebo is in the heart of our beloved downtown.
